YouthPioneer develops and shares the YouthPioneer Model (YLM), aiming to become a reference point for all future efforts to boost the employment of young NEETs. Our multi-actor and multi-dimensional approach addresses both the macro- and micro-level support young NEETs need to succeed in the labour market and fully integrate into society.
Empowering Young NEETs to Lead Their Own Success. YouthPioneer envisions a future where young NEETs actively participate in the labour market — not by merely adapting to modern transitions, but by becoming agents of change themselves.
Our mission is to coordinate a functional and multifaceted ecosystem that brings together businesses, youth organisations, local authorities, and investors — all working towards the long-term integration of young NEETs into employment.
