On May 28, 2025, Botevgrad Municipality hosted a vibrant networking event in Botevgrad, Bulgaria, part of the YouthPioneer project, creating a space for engagement between young NEETs, companies, youth organisations, NGOs, and public institutions. The event brought together participants from diverse backgrounds, including employers from sectors such as IT, manufacturing, social services, career consulting, and media production. Youth organisations and NGOs—working on issues ranging from Roma inclusion to support for children in vulnerable situations—added depth to the conversations. The local employment agency also actively participated.
Attendees appreciated the opportunity to connect freely in an open environment, where young people met face-to-face with potential employers. The event was praised for its inclusive atmosphere and strong youth interest, fostering connections that could lead to real opportunities.
